The wafer is coated in a mint-flavoured chocolate that captures the specific character of Baskin Robbins mint choc chip with impressive accuracy, cool and creamy with that unmistakable menthol-adjacent freshness, sitting on top of a dark cocoa biscuit that stands in for the chocolate chips in the original scoop.
