Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before being handed to the carrier.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and package weight. We use Japan Post for all shipments, with options ranging from Economy to EMS Express.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order any time on our Track Order page at /track-order using your order number and email address.
Absolutely. Every product is sourced directly from Japan. We work with trusted suppliers and ship items straight from Japanese convenience stores and supermarkets. What you receive is the real deal.
Most products have Japanese packaging, as they are imported directly from Japan. We provide English translations of key details including product descriptions, ingredients, and allergen information on every product page.
We list known allergens for every product on its product page. Common allergens in Japanese snacks include wheat, soy, milk, eggs, and peanuts. If you have a severe allergy, please review the allergen information carefully or contact us before ordering.
We primarily focus on year-round staples that you can order again and again. Occasionally we stock seasonal or limited-time items, which are clearly labelled. Our core catalogue is designed to be reliably available.
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. If your order arrives damaged or you received incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.

If you're eligible for a refund, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued.
